Login Troubleshooting
Whether you are new to Schedule360 or a long-term user, sometimes you can get an error trying to log in for your shift.
Common Login Errors
1. Forgot Login or Password
Step 1. Check with your scheduler to ensure you are using the correct username.
Step 2. Once you are sure you are using the correct username please verify your password use the LOST PASSWORD link on www.Schedule360.com. Your password will be sent to you via email.
If your email is not up to date contact your scheduler to have your email updated.
The Schedule360 team cannot give password information out over the phone or update emails on behalf of your scheduler.
2. Authorization Required Error
If you believe you are using the right login information but are still unable to log in or get the login box to appear – you need to clear your cache or saved password.
This happens most frequently when the person logs in for the first time into Schedule360 they are given a temporary login and password and accidentally hit “save password” in their browser when prompted.
All new users to Schedule360 are given a temporary login and password. You will create a new password the first time you log into Schedule360.
Do not save your temporary password as it will not work after the first time you log in.
You will need to clear the cache of ANY/ALL browser you use to log in. This means all devices you use Schedule360 on. (ex. desktop, laptop, or mobile devices like a phone or tablet)

Mac Users: To completely quit an application, choose the “quit” option from the menu of the browser you are using and relaunch.

Step 1 – Select Settings
Step 2 – Select Internet Options
Step 3 – Select Content
Step 4 – Select Settings in the AutoComplete section
Step 5 – Manage Passwords
Step 6 – In Credentials Manager, select Windows Credentials
Step 7 – Your saved credentials will display. If this is a personal computer you may see saved credentials for other sites as well. Click on the Microsfot_Winlet_apps.schedule360.com:443/sart.
Step 8 – Then click Remove to delete the saved credential. Once you have cleared the saved credentials start a fresh browsing session by closing all tabs and all windows within your web browser.
NOTE: Mac users need to completely quit the application and relaunch before proceeding.

Step 1 – Select the three dots or lines on the far right of your browser window
Step 2 – Select Settings
Step 3 – From the left menu choose autofill.
Step 4 – Select Passwords
Step 5 – Under Saved Passwords find “Schedule360”.
Step 6 – Select 3 dots to “Edit” your password
Note: You may need to provide your Google chrome browsing password to continue
Step 7 – Then click on Remove to delete the saved credentials. Once you have cleared the saved credentials, start a fresh browsing session by closing all tabs and all windows within your web browser.

Step 2 – Select Options
Step 3 – Select Security
Step 4 – Select Saved Passwords
Step 5 – Your saved passwords will appear. If you are using a personal device you may see saved passwords for other sites. Click on the saved password for apps.schedule360.com. Then click remove. Once you have cleared the saved credentials start a fresh browsing session by closing all tabs and all windows within your web browser.

Note: You may need to use your apple id password to continue
Step 3 – Select Schedule360 & Edit
Step 4 – Delete Password

Step 1 – Select the dots/lines menu from the far right of your browser window
Step 2 – Select Settings
Step 3 – Select Passwords
Step 4 – Select Saved Passwords

Step 2 – Make sure everything is checked and click Clear Data

Step 2: Select Clear Recent History
Step 3: Make sure everything is selected and click OK

Step 1 – Open the 3 dots and from the drop down select History
Step 2 – Select Clear Browser History
Step 3 – Make sure all the boxes are checked and select clear now
