Kindred Hospital Kansas City Embraces Best Employee Scheduling Software

Previously, we were not able to track our incidents in an efficient manner. As we use a number of Agencies for supplemental labor, the Agency Tracker tab within Schedule360®, allows us to not only fill these shifts with qualified staff, but also tracks all scheduled hours, allowing a clearer picture on our agency spend.

Ms. Tardey explains further, “The training we received and continue to receive for managing Schedule360® is very good. Whenever I have a question or an issue, I simply e-mail my Account Rep and the issue is resolved or answered, usually within the hour. The Schedule360® Team provides ongoing training via web calls and lets us know when new features have been developed that may be helpful to our facilities. All of these features are made available to us, at no additional charge. This is something that I have never before experienced with other vendors.”
